Weaver Homes is proud to announce that construction has begun on our custom model home, The Ashton, on homesite 220 in our newest phase of The Village at Camp Trees known as The Pines at Camp Trees.

This journey will give you an inside look into what it takes to build a Weaver home.  You will gain insight to the decision making process of building a home through interviews with the people making the decisions.  Also weighing in on these interviews are construction experts who will illustrate what makes Weaver Homes special and what details we put into a home to really DEFINE THE DIFFERENCE. Step 1: Lot selection and site plan. The first step in any building process is a solid foundation. At Weaver Homes our foundation starts with Brett Schultz. Brett is the Vice President of Development for Weaver Homes. With over 22 years of experience in the business, Brett utilizes his expertise to find the right lot for the house or the right house for the lot. In this case we are building The Ashton model home and Brett has chosen Lot 220 based on the size of the home and the ability to place the home to ensure optimized lot positioning.
