What to Expect FAQs
After a deposit is made with your sales consultant.
Anyone can visit the Design Center during the open houses held several times a month on Saturdays. (check the website for upcoming dates)
A specific day/time will be arranged with you and our Design Consultant when it is time to make your unique selections. The Studio and the Consultant will be exclusively yours for that time with no interruptions.

We pride ourselves on building fully customizable homes to meet every style and budget, so you can choose as much or as little as you want. Every home is different, so we’ll go through your plan so you can pick the options specific to your home. Our Design Consultant will walk you step by step through the process - You’ll know what’s included, and can see what optional upgrades are available to you as well.
