Townsend

The Townsend is our largest first floor master bedroom floorplan. A grand 13’ ceiling in the family room that opens to the kitchen and eating area create a perfect flow for entering. A formal dining room with butler’s pantry can be converted in to an additional first floor bedroom. The included covered deck or patio has a sliding glass door entry to the dining area adjacent to the kitchen and an optional door to exit the master bedroom that creates an ideal outdoor space to relax and enjoy your backyard view.
